Funeral services for Mrs. Shirley Melton will be held on Sunday, September 30, 2018 at 3 p.m. at James F. Webb Funeral Home Chapel. Visitation will be on Sunday from 1 - 3 p.m. at the funeral home. Interment will be in Enterprise Cemetery.
Mrs. Melton, 83, of Enterprise, passed away on Thursday, September 27, 2018 at her home surrounded by loved ones. Mrs. Shirley was retired from Citizens Bank. She loved to cook, bake, and sew but the most important thing on this earth to her was her family.
She is survived by her Nieces and nephews, Mary Kaye Helms (Steve), Melonee Keely (Mark), Connie Jo Dearman, Susan Dearman, Phillip Dearman, Jim Dearman (Susan), Tim Dearman, Mac Dearman(Melissa), Shane Melton, Lance Melton, Kelly Simpson (J.D.), Leslie Hale (Kevin), Tracey Melton, and Sherrie Melton; Brother, Steve Dearman (Gayle); Sister, Sandra Dearman Stuart; Sister in law, Kay Melton; by 8 Great Nieces and 10 Great Nephews; and by 2 Great Great Nieces.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Rube Melton; Parents, Melonee and Morris Dearman; Sister, Mary Jo Dearman; and Brother, Buddy Dearman.
