Edward Moore

Services for Mr. Edward "Bud" Moore will be held on Saturday, February 1, 2020 at Lost Gap Methodist Church at 11:00 a.m. Visitation will be held on Saturday from 10 a.m until service time. Interment will be in the church cemetery.

Mr. Bud, 90, passed away on January 28, 2020 at the Veterans Home in Kosciusko. After high school Bud joined the United States Navy and served on several ships throughout the Pacific. After serving his country he returned home and worked his 80 acre farm in the Lost Gap area and drove for the Bordon Milk Company for 30 years, receiving a Safe Driver Award. He was a beloved father, brother, grandfather, and uncle. He had a heart of gold. Was a hard working, God fearing man. He was a lifelong member of Lost Gap Methodist Church.

He is survived by his three Grandsons, Brandon Moore (Carley), Lucas Moore, and Adam Moore (Cassandra); Six Great Grandchildren, Ryan Moore, Jacob Moore, Bradley Moore, Kaitla Moore, Dalton Moore, and Leia Moore; Two Sisters, Frances Sunderland (Jesse) and Linda Moore; his Brother, Sam Moore; and several nieces and Nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Earl and Mary Harris Moore; ,wife Mary Flora Moore;son Ralph Moore; Sisters, Ouida Haibach and Dot Haibach; and brothers, Honey Moore and Morris Moore.

In lieu of flowers please make donations in his name to VA Home in Kosciusko, 310 Autumn Ridge Drive, Kosciusko, MS 39090.
