Services for Kenneth Ray Luke will be held Monday, October 11, 2021, 11:00 a.m. at James F. Webb Funeral Home with Bro. Bob Null officiating. Burial will follow at Gumlog Cemetery.

Mr. Luke, 71, of Meridian, passed away Thursday, October 7, 2021, at his residence.

Kenneth retired from the City of Meridian Public Work Department, where he served for over 20 years. He was devout in his faith, attending First Assembly Meridian. He was known for helping people in any way he could, but his biggest joy in life was being a Papaw. He will be missed by all who knew him.

He is survived by his son, Justin Luke (Emily); ex-wife, Joyce Luke; stepchildren, Janice Stewart (Spencer) and Clint Wilkerson (Barbara); grandchildren, Eli Luke, Dylan Haywood (Anna), Ashley Grant (Wayne), Lindsey Gary (Kyle), and Jenna Wilkerson; great grandchildren, Camdon Creighton, Evelyn Grant, and Maizie Haywood; and siblings, Shirley Jean Day and John D. Luke.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Odell and Martha Stephens Luke, and siblings, Jimmy Luke, Vera Mae Johnson, and Barbara Ann Payne.

Visitation will be held Sunday evening from 4:00-7:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
