Teresa Hazelett

The family of Mrs. Teresa Kay Hazelett will hold a celebration of life ceremony at a later date.

Mrs. Hazelett, 70, of Meridian, passed away on December 30th at her home surrounded by loved ones.  She enjoyed spending time with family and friends, traveling through the hills and mountains of Tennessee.  She was born in Harlan County, Tennessee and never forgot her roots.

She is survived by her Husband, Jack Boone; Sisters, Anita McGuire (James) and Patty Wheeler; Son, Brian Hazelett; Brother and sister in laws, Eddie Odom, Becky Rosenbrock, Riley Boone, Darlene Cotton, Kenneth Boone; Nephews, Troy and Todd Odom; and numerous other nieces and nephews.

She is preceded by her Mother, Edith Evelyn Miracle Crutchfield; Father, Admiral Crutchfield; and a sister, Bobbie Jean Brown.
