Mr. Vickers was predeceased by his maternal grandparents, Elbert Lamar Teer and Irene Bernice (nee Burnett) Teer, his paternal grandparents Howard Young and Beulah (nee Spence) Vickers, his father Marcus L. Vickers, stepmother, Clydia Vickers, and stepfather, Wayne Roberts. Mr. Vickers is survived by his mother, Sylvia O. Vickers, II, Stephen Brewer, Greg Brewer, and Allison Janis, several cousins, including, his closest and dearest friend and cousin, Kelli Burnett Clearman, in addition to many nieces, nephews, as well great-nieces and great-nephews.

The Roberts' and Vickers' request that any potential memorials be made to the ASPCA or local animal shelters in Vic’s name, or in the alternative, to the care of his constant canine companions, in lieu of flowers.

Family and friends may sign the online guestbook at www.jamesfwebb.com.

The Roberts family will hold a memorial service on a later date for the public to attend.

Our family sincerely appreciates the outpouring of love, thoughts, and kind prayers during this period of grief and mourning, but also asks for privacy during this difficult time.
