Wanda Mingo

Services for Mrs. Wanda Mingo will be held on Wednesday, May 8th, 2019 at the Salvation Army Chapel with Major Todd Hawks officiating. Visitation will be from 1 until service time at the chapel. Interment will be held in Graham Cemetery.

Mrs. Mingo, passed away on Saturday, May 4th at Rush Foundation Hospital. She was retired but remained very active in the Salvation Army. She enjoyed sewing and ironing. She basically loved to serve and help people.

She is survived by her daughter, Christal Coker (Chris); Son, Jason Mingo (Alicia); Son, Linsey Mingo (Amanda); daughter, Vonda Bell; Grandchildren, Jacob Compton, Ava Coker, Anna Coker, Eli Coker, Aaron Mingo, Rebecca Mingo, Madison Bolden, Landon Mingo, Linsey Mingo, Skyler Bell, Marisa Bell, Dayrean Bell; Great grandchild, Ericson Bell; Mother, Johnnie Virginia Nichols; Siblings, Evelyn Thornhill (Fred), Joyce Godwin, Shirley Warren, Aaron Earl Nichols (Joyce); and many nieces, nephews, foster children, and friends.

In lieu of flowers the family request that donations be made to the Salvation Army.
