Services for William Carson Briggs Sr. will be held Sunday, November 10th, 1:00 p.m., at James F. Webb Funeral Home with Bro. Joe Anderson officiating. Burial will follow at Blue Spring Baptist Church cemetery.
Mr. Briggs, 67, of Meridian, passed away November 7th at his residence.
He is survived by his wife, Mae Briggs; children, Dana Richardson and husband Rob, William Carson Briggs Jr., and Frankie Allen Briggs and wife Gina; stepchildren, Jack Dale Weir and wife Lacrisha, Peggy Weir, and Samantha Weir; thirteen grandchildren; eighteen great grandchildren; and siblings, Vivian Culpepper, R.D. Briggs and wife Judy, and Maurice Jones.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Aubrin and Earline Briggs; brother, Horach Briggs; and sister, Doris Lockhart and husband Leo.
Visitation will be held Saturday, November 9th, from 5:00-7:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
